Just to let you know that I found out today that Ronald Volbrecht passed away April 22, 2o21 in Melbourne, Florida.  He and Lois Volbrecht were my cousins and I graduated in 1960 from IHS.   Check out his death notice at info@brownliemaxwell.com or the Melbourne newspaper listing.       Martin Wright

Congrats to all you graduates on your 50th reunion. I wish that my father Richard "Dick" Snyder would have been there with you to enjoy this with you.

Visited this site in memory of my brother, Roy Harlan Preston, and cousin, Sandra Sue Greene, both \'61 grads.  Great website created by great people!  Happy partying at the reunion!  My brother loved to party and get together with friends, so please raise a glass and make a toast to remember him!

Class of 1962 . I have been watching your website grow . The people that are puting it together have done a good job .
It is hard to believe that there are only three classmates unaccounted for .

What a great website! Stumbled across it while trying to remember the names of football teammates (starting with Big Daddy Antrum). Congratulations from an ancient IHS Class of 60 dude. I'm retired in Yakima WA (with space for visitors). Both sons and their families (total, three sweet granddaughters) in nearby Seattle. A brief history of time: after a bad start at Cornell, four years overseas in the Air Force. Then twelve years managing a heavy engineering factory in the UK for a US corp; then to Illinois as an IT director for a couple of Fortune 1000 telecoms plus AC Nielsen; finally, started a software business and sold it to a public company. Received an MFA from Bennington College and an FAA flight instructor rating, so now write, fly, volunteer and do distance bicycling with my partner, Jane, out here in the high desert of the Pacific Northwest. Best regards to you all and best wishes for your 2011 reunion.

What a great website!  Marge James sent me the link and I've thoroughly enjoyed perusing it - reading names and seeing faces past and present.  Especially good to see Bob Smith and Bob Campbell.  Makes me remember the times my Mom drove my brother Billy and some of his friends to track meets -- Bob Smith, Bob Campbell, Art Smith, Mickey Trimberger (?), and sometimes Bill Smith (Art's younger brother, whom I married and lost to cancer in 1974).  You guys would sing in the car --- a pretty decent version of "Blue Moon" as I recall, one of you Bobs showcasing that very deep base Blue Moon ending.  Fun to reminisce!  I hope you have a great turnout for your 50th!  Lou Sullivan/1966

Hey class of 61 really great web site and thanks Bob ,good job .   I will when I get a bit of time will check out folks that are missing and see if i can help you all out . I had a great 49th reunion last year and a nice visit with the class of 58 the year before .It is the greatest thing to be able to stay connected to classmates before and after me to see what we all have been up to over the many years . I hope to connect with classmates when ever I can . Bernie Cook / 1960

Congratulations on your (new) web site!  It's very good.  The class of '61 is also to be commended for starting its reunion planning earlier.  Related to that, let me urge all of you who are connected to the class to help find the lost classmates.  Our class only has four "missing" classmates.  At one point, we had about 160 and the No. 1 key to locating them was not technology but other classmates.  One person would know where one other one was, a second would know about two, etc.  So PLEASE share info with the group that's working on finding the lost classmates.

Congratulations on your NEW website! Let me be the first member of the Class of 1962 to welcome you to a new adventure in holding reunions. We used a similar website (www.Ithaca1962.com) for our 2007 reunion and we're still getting about 1,000 hits every 6 weeks. We're not sure why, but maybe when your's is complete you can clue us in with your Wisdom of the Elders.
